ARE YOU LIVING BITTER OR LIVING BETTER?

In the midst of life’s harder moments, it can feel impossible to focus on the good rather than the muck. I know. I’ve been there.

When we surround ourselves with healthy people, strategies and resources, living better becomes easier, leaving bitterness and unforgiveness in the past.

HELLO from Kim SUTTON!

Founder, L.I.V.E. B.E.T.T.E.R.

Dear friend, it’s important you know and trust I will ALWAYS be honest with you…  EVEN when it means admitting the messy, ugly truths of my own journey… And I have a lot of messy, ugly truths.

For example, I, Kim Sutton, know what it’s like to…

  • Seek validation from toxic, unhealthy individuals;
  • Sacrifice my livelihood and well-being to help those who refuse to help themselves;
  • Pour into people who offer only insults, shame, abuse, deflection and dismissal in return;
  • Fall down the hope hole, praying my love will be enough to get others to change;
  • Measure self-worth on vanity numbers like income, weight, credit score, GPA, body fat index, etc.;
  • Fall victim to love bombing, future faking and trauma bonds, letting toxic people return, time and time again;

I, Kim Sutton, also know how to recover from the above pains. I know because I have personally made it through.

I know the true cost of allowing abuse, trauma and trauma bonds to control our lives, and I don’t want to you to be trapped by the pain and painful people and/or circumstances of your past any longer.

So… Do you want to continue being a slave to past trauma? Or are you ready to find lasting happiness?

I’m committed to empowering you with the stories, strategies and Scripture you need to heal from the trauma of your past and live the life God wants you to live, one full of HIS purpose.

I invite you to join me on the L.I.V.E. B.E.T.T.E.R. journey. Subscribe to the podcast, join the community and get ready to see your life change for the better. I wish you all my best, dear friend, and I can’t wait to see you soar.

NOTE: I, Kim Sutton, am not a psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed counselor or therapist. I do not offer diagnosis or prescriptions, and ask anyone struggling with life-ending thoughts to pursue professional help immediately.
